Order Processing Time

• After placing your order, please allow us 2-4 business days to process and pack your order (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and/or holidays) 
• Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day

Editing / Adding Onto An Order

• We will do our best to accommodate any requested edits or additions to your order, just reach out!
  • Generally this can be done anytime up until you receive an order fulfillment notification / or tracking number for your shipment
    
• Regardless of timing, please contact us as soon as possible if you require an edit or addition and we'll do our best to make the change

SHIPPING - Canada

• We offer $8 flat rate shipping Canada-wide for orders $75-$124.99
• Free shipping across Canada on orders $125 + up
• We work with several trusted Canadian carriers (including Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx). Shipping rates at checkout are calculated in real time and reflect the most cost-effective and reliable option available for your order (**if Canada post is on strike we will choose an alternative option for you)
• You will see a shipping quote prior to check out 
• All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships

Lost / Damaged Orders

• Please get in touch with us if you believe your parcel has been lost. We are happy to resend your items but first we will require your cooperation to submit a lost claim ticket verifying that you did not receive your parcel.
• For damaged orders, simply take a photo and email it to us with a description of the damages

FREE PICK UP for LOCAL ORDERS - Annapolis Valley, NS

• For local orders we offer Free Pick up in New Minas, Nova Scotia using our convenient outdoor pick up box on our property
• When ordering online, go to Checkout, then select "Pick Up' in the delivery section.
• The pick-up information is provided to you by email after we have finished processing your order and it is ready for pick-up (please check junk mail for notifications as they can sometimes land there)
  • We ask the normal 2-4 business days fulfillment time for local pick up too but will happily try to accommodate same-day or short notice pick ups if we can. We just ask you reach out directly to confirm if possible to Ali at 902 691 2388 (for fastest response) before placing your order if it's time sensitive
• After receiving your 'order is ready for pick-up' notification with instructions, you can come by anytime at your convenience and find your order labeled with your name in our pick-up box (it is kept cool during hot summer months)
