Our products

Handmade in Nova Scotia

From product formulation to growing botanicals in our garden to mixing ingredients and hand-labeling every jar, we do it all in our home-based studio in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley.

Every product is made fresh with care and is completely free from synthetic fragrance, dyes, parabens, sulfates, and other harsh additives that irritate skin and compromise wellbeing.

Extended Holiday Hours: December 21, 22, 23 11am-4pm

We will be closed for in-person shopping from December 24-January 4, reopening January 5 to normal hours (below).

  • Monday: 11am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 1pm-7pm
  • Friday: 11am-5pm

  • You can always reach out to book an appointment outside of these hours. We may be able to accommodate weekend visits but get in touch to confirm
  • You can also order online, choose 'Free local pick up in New Minas' and use our super convenient outdoor pickup box to grab your order (ready within 2-4 business days after purchase)

If you don’t see an improvement in your skin’s health, radiance, or vitality within 30 days, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or a product replacement—your choice.

To be eligible, we just ask for a few things:

Give it 30 days – That’s the minimum time it takes for your skin to complete a renewal cycle and for visible results to start to appear (4-6 weeks). Make sure the product is used consistently and as directed to ensure best results possible.

✔️ Review ingredients before purchase: Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring products are suitable for their personal needs. We cannot offer refunds for reactions related to known or disclosed allergens or sensitivities.

✔️ Give it time: Please allow 28 days of consistent use, as this is the minimum  time needed for skin cell turnover and visible results.

✔️ Use as directed: Products must be used according to the instructions on the label.

✔️ No more than half used: No more than approximately 50% of the product should be used to qualify for a return or replacement.

✔️ Product return required: You may return the product by mail or drop it off in person (if local). If a replacement requires shipping, the customer is responsible but we offer $10 flat rate to keep it affordable - we pay the rest.

✔️ Return the product – You’re welcome to drop it off in person (if local), or return it by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of return mail but we offer a $10.00 flat rate to help keep it affordable.

Canadian Shipping

After placing your order, please allow us 3-4 business days to process and pack your order. Please let us know if you're on a tight timeline; we will be as flexible as we can!

Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦

  • We ship across Canada using trusted national carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and others. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective option at the time your order is ready to ship.
  • All packages are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped, depending on your location and the carrier used.

Shipping rates (CAD):

  • $8 CAD flat rate on orders between $75–$124.99 CAD
  • Free shipping on orders $125+ CAD
  • Orders under $75 are charged a standard calculated shipping rate at checkout
Local Orders and Free Pick Up

Local Orders -  New Minas, NS 🍎

  • For local orders we offer Free Pick up in New Minas, Nova Scotia (please choose Checkout and then choose 'Pick Up' in the Delivery Options)
  • The pick-up address and instructions are provided to you by email after we have finished processing your order and it is ready for pick-up (3-4 business days after placing order). Please check your junk mail if you don't see an email notification in this time frame.
  • If you're in a hurry for a last minute pick up order and need it same day or on a specific day, please reach out before placing your order and we will confirm whether we can accommodate (902 691 2388 text or call or fastest reply)
  • After receiving your 'order is ready for pick-up' notification, you can come by anytime from 7am-10pm and find your order labeled with your name in our pick-up box.
  • Please be mindful this is home-based business location so we ask you drive carefully watching for kids/pets in the neighbourhood and driveway
Order Processing Time
  • After placing your order, please allow us 2-4 business days to process and pack your order (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and/or holidays) 
  • Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day
Lost and Damaged Orders
  • Please get in touch with us if you believe your parcel has been lost. We may require your cooperation to submit a claim ticket with the chosen parcel carrier verifying that you did not receive your parcel.
  • For damaged orders, simply take a photo and email it to us with a description of the damages.
Editing or Adding Onto An Order
  • Edits and additions can be made anytime up until you receive an order fulfillment notification and/or tracking number for your shipment
  • After placing your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible if you require any changes to be made and we will do our best to accommodate
US Shipping - Currently Unavailable

Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸

At the moment, we’re not shipping to the United States. Recent changes to U.S. import rules (known as the de minimis rules) mean that small Canadian businesses like ours can no longer send packages across the border without extra fees and complicated requirements. On top of this, the flat shipping rates we’re able to offer are very high — often more than the value of the order itself.

We’re actively looking into better solutions and will reopen U.S. shipping as soon as it becomes fair and affordable for our customers. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

  • We ship to the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others through Shopify’s discounted shipping services. The most efficient and cost-effective carrier is selected at the time your order is fulfilled, based on your location and the package size.
  • All U.S. orders include tracking, unless you choose an untracked shipping method at checkout (such as Small Packet USA Air) ** see below

Instead, we use only what we believe is safest and most effective for our bodies and the planet. That means no petroleum byproducts, harsh preservatives, or irritating surfactants—just clean, thoughtful ingredients that respect our health.
