Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦

• We ship across Canada using trusted national carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and others. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective option at the time your order is ready to ship.
• All packages are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped, depending on your location and the carrier used.

Shipping rates (CAD):

• $8 CAD flat rate on orders between $75–$124.99 CAD
• Free shipping on orders $125+ CAD
• Orders under $75 are charged a standard calculated shipping rate at checkout

Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸

• We ship to the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others through Shopify’s discounted shipping services. The most efficient and cost-effective carrier is selected at the time your order is fulfilled, based on your location and the package size.
• All U.S. orders include tracking, unless you choose an untracked shipping method at checkout (such as Small Packet USA Air) ** see below
• Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and the shipping method selected.

• $10 USD flat rate on orders between $75–$139.99 USD
• Free shipping on orders $140+ USD
• Orders under $75 are charged a standard calculated shipping rate at checkout

**Note on Untracked Shipping
Some lower-cost shipping methods available at checkout do not include tracking or insurance. If you choose an untracked option, Verv Skin is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unconfirmed deliveries. For peace of mind, we always recommend selecting a tracked shipping method.

Please also note: U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply at the time of delivery.

Local Orders -  New Minas, NS 🍎

• For local orders we offer Free Pick up in New Minas, Nova Scotia (please choose this option in the shipping options drop-down menu at checkout)
• The pick-up address and location information is provided to you by email after we have finished processing your order and it is ready for pick-up (3-4 business days after placing order).
• If you're in a hurry for a last minute order and need it before 2-4 business days, reach out before placing your order and we will confirm whether we can accommodate.
• After receiving your 'order is ready for pick-up' notification, you can come by anytime at your convenience and find your order labeled with your name in our pick-up box (it is kept cool during hot summer months)
