  • After placing your order, please allow us 3-4 business days to process and pack your order (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and/or holidays) 
  • Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day

    • We offer $5 flat rate shipping Canada-wide for orders $75-$124.99
    • Free shipping across Canada on orders $125 + up
    • Shipping is serviced by Canada Post via expedited parcel (3-7 business days)
    • You will see a shipping quote prior to check out. Shipping discounts according to order value will be applied automatically at checkout
    • All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships

    LOCAL ORDERS - Annapolis Valley, NS

    • For local orders we offer Free Pick up in New Minas, Nova Scotia
    • The pick-up address and information is provided to you by email after we have finished processing your order and it is ready for pick-up
    • After receiving your 'order is ready for pick-up' notification, you can come by anytime at your convenience and find your order labeled with your name in our pick-up cupboard next to our home-based store door.
