How to use our foaming milk bath
The Ritual
FAQ
Is this product safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, it is! We use lathanol, a surfactant (or bubble maker) that is far more gentle than surfactants commonly found in commercial bath and shower products (like SLS, SLES). Lathanol is derived from coconut and palm oil.
Is this formula vegan friendly?
It sure is! You won’t find any dairy in this foaming milk bath. Just vegan coconut milk powder. It is a skin-loving ingredient that hydrates and softens. It’s subtle tropical scent is pretty divine too!
How many baths will it last?
It depends on how bubbly you like your baths! We recommend a generous handful for each bath which is about 50-60 grams worth. With a heaping handful, our glass jars will last 5-6 baths and the kraft pouches will last 3-4 baths. But there are no rules!
What is the difference between this and the salt soak?
Bubbles! Though they contain some overlapping ingredients, our foaming milk baths produce lots of bubbles which our salt soaks do not. Our salt soaks are primarily sea salt and epsom salt for detoxifying, where our milk bath is primarily coconut milk and lathanol for hydrating bubbles!
