FAQ
Is it okay to bring to a hot climate?
Our hard lotion bars are just butters, oils and waxes. They are resistant to heat but not excessive heat. If travelling to a hot climate, try to keep it away from direct sunlight like on windowsills or left in hot cars.
Can I use it on my face?
In a pinch, yes! Harsh winds or dry lips, a little swipe of Nomad is A-OK! But our bars are not formulated for extended use on the face due to their richer ingredients that could cause pores to become clogged
Will it help with dry, flaky skin?
It sure will! Especially if you exfoliate first. Removing the surface layer of dry, dead skin cells allows the oils to better penetrate and soften skin. We recommend applying the butter bar to damp skin to lock in valuable moisture
Can I take this in my checked luggage?
You sure can! Hard-lotion bars are TSA-friendly as they're outside of the "liquids rule." Take it in your purse, carry-on or checked luggage for convenient protection head-to-toe and on-the-go
