If you don’t see an improvement in your skin’s health, radiance, or vitality within 30 days, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or a product replacement—your choice.
To be eligible, we just ask for a few things:
Give it 30 days – That’s the minimum time it takes for your skin to complete a renewal cycle and for visible results to start to appear (4-6 weeks). Make sure the product is used consistently and as directed to ensure best results possible.
Review ingredients before purchase : Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring products are suitable for their personal needs. We cannot offer refunds for reactions related to known or disclosed allergens or sensitivities.
✔️ Give it time : Please allow 28 days of consistent use, as this is the minimum time needed for skin cell turnover and visible results.
✔️ Use as directed : Products must be used according to the instructions on the label.
✔️ No more than half used : No more than approximately 50% of the product should be used to qualify for a return or replacement.
✔️ Product return required : You may return the product by mail or drop it off in person (if local). If a replacement requires shipping, the customer is responsible but we offer $10 flat rate to keep it affordable - we pay the rest.
